A structured, collective approach

IT SYSTEMES, supported by a specialist company, has decided to draw up an annual CSR report and to set up a CSR commission within its structure. The aim of this committee is to organize and structure our sustainable development approach, which is integrated into IT SYSTEMES' global strategy.

All our partners play a decisive role in driving and achieving our sustainable development objectives. We see our partner ecosystem as part of a truly inseparable unit. By developing solid relationships with our partners, customers, employees and local communities, we reinforce the quality and effectiveness of our actions.

Who we are

Concrete investments, not slogans

Our commitments must be translated into concrete action. The adoption of new working methods and processes often requires material investment. Aware of this need, we have decided to allocate part of our resources to CSR initiatives.

The fitting out of our new head office in Malakoff represented the majority of our CSR investment in 2022. It was the fruit of considerable reflection in terms of environmental impact. Out of a total investment of around 150 k€, 50 k€ was devoted to various CSR-related items.

Today, concrete, day-to-day actions are implemented by employees themselves, such as :

Wellness & sport

Wellness isn't just a slogan.

We've fitted out a convivial break room with table soccer, sofas, console and screen to create a real place of relaxation. And a comfortable, welcoming kitchen for healthy, balanced meals. 

We regularly organize group sports sessions, encourage sporting challenges (such as participation in an official 10 km race) and have set up a burn-out prevention program to look after everyone's mental health.

At the end of each year, a reusable wooden Christmas tree takes pride of place on our premises, surrounded by gifts given to the children of our employees - a simple symbol of ecology and conviviality.

Solidarity & commitment

We encourage solidarity initiatives, both internally and externally.

Whether it's a clothing drive for Solidaritess, a tombola with proceeds going to Libre Vue, or a virtual reality tournament with part of the proceeds supporting the CapGame association, our actions combine mutual aid and team spirit.

For our end-of-year gifts, we favor meaning over appearance: we support local associations and sponsor beehives whose honey is offered to our customers.

Energy & digital sobriety

Our offices combine comfort and responsibility: 100% LED lighting, presence detectors and precise consumption monitoring.

The screens automatically go to sleep, the equipment is EnergyStar-certified, and our fountains and coffee machines are connected to the mains, with reusable cups for all.

We give priority to videoconferencing meetings, using the latest generation tools, and have drawn up a responsible travel charter: for all journeys of less than three hours, priority is given to the train. Last but not least, our vehicle fleet is evolving towards electric and hybrid models, to sustainably reduce our emissions.

Our cleaning service provider undertakes to use only products that have been awarded Ecolabel labels or that meet strict biodegradability criteria.

Sobriety and efficiency are part of our daily lives.

Power supply

Eating better also means working better.

Every week, a basket of fresh fruit is delivered to the office. Employees benefit from a Frichti subscription for healthy meals at preferential rates. The coffee machine with 100% organic, fair-trade beans, roasted in France and packaged by an ESAT, has replaced capsules to reconcile pleasure and responsibility.

A workshop with a chef was organized to learn how to cook balanced dishes at low cost.

Green office & recycling

Furniture and armchairs come from an eco-responsible second-hand circuit.

Selective sorting in all areas, elimination of disposables, double-push toilet flushes, mousseurs, shared crockery, personalized cups and dishwashers to limit waste. We chose Myspresso, a 100% organic, fair-trade coffee roasted in France, with packaging produced by an ESAT.

Inclusion & accessibility

IT Systèmes is committed to equal opportunity and comfort for all.

We have taken on a number of disabled employees and adapted their workstations to guarantee independence and comfort.

We also defend gender equality in a sector that is still too male-dominated, by supporting BECOMTECH, an association committed to digital diversity.

All our employees benefit from ergonomic seating, large screens and secure individual lockers, for a healthy working environment accessible to all.

Prevention & health at work

The health and safety of our employees is essential. Zero workplace accidents since 2022, enhanced workstation comfort, and active prevention of risks linked to burn-out or sedentary lifestyles.

We also train volunteer employees in first aid, so that everyone can act in an emergency.

Our actions combine ergonomics, listening and sporting initiatives to make well-being a lasting reality.

Training & transmission

Training young people means preparing for the future.

We invest in skills development and support digital talent through training, mentoring and the sharing of experience between generations.

We advocate a diversity of ages and backgrounds, convinced that complementarity creates wealth.

Green IT

Our environmental approach also extends to our equipment.

End-of-life IT equipment is collected, sorted and entrusted to our specialized partners for recycling or re-adaptation and integration into reconditioned resale circuits.

This approach extends the lifespan of equipment and reduces the environmental impact of digital technology, while promoting a more virtuous circular economy.

Listening & continuous improvement

Each year, our carbon footprint measures the effects of our commitments. It confirms the steady decline in our emissions, the fruit of a CSR approach that is managed, monitored and continuously improved.

Our CSR committee remains fully active, our satisfaction surveys fuel internal dialogue, and everyone can propose new ideas. At IT Systèmes, CSR is not a fixed concept: it's a living, collective dynamic that's constantly evolving.

A different kind of commitment

Electrical energy consumption: We have set up a monitoring system to measure energy consumption. Regular monitoring and the setting of relevant targets for continuous improvement enable us to manage a fundamental aspect of our CSR approach. In addition to reminding employees of the right gestures and practices, the introduction of simple, automatic settings such as the automatic switching off of screens from 8pm to 8am proves our determination to find every possible source of savings, without disrupting our employees' work.
