This photo shows Florent, our super project manager. When he's not in the office keeping a meticulous eye on your projects, he's busy setting up the stand at the Ordres des Experts-Comptables conference in Paris. Project manager on Mondays, site manager on Tuesdays - that's versatility at IT Systèmes!

This photo shows Jeremy and Mathias, our Goodwill superheroes. They've covered more kilometers in France than an SNCF train driver. They can be seen escaping from the Congrès de l'Ordre des Experts-Comptables in Bordeaux. That's staying too late, after the doors have closed 😊

This photo shows Samir, our President. When he's not managing IT Systèmes' sales activities, he's improvising as a graffiti artist at the Ordre des Experts-Comptables conference in Paris. Hesitating between inscribing "Le monde est à nous" or "L'école du micro d'argent", he preferred to inscribe "Goodwill", our brand dedicated to Chartered Accountants.

In this photo you can see Mohamed, our super sales manager for the Paris region. But what is Momo doing? Is he trying to solve a Fort Boyard riddle? Is he locking the engineers in after work? Is he opening the door to Florent D.'s secrets? It could have been any of these, and we'd have liked it to be one of them. But in reality, he's just closing the cellar door of our old premises, after safely storing computer equipment for you! Good old Momo!

Who is IT SYSTEMES ?

IT was founded in 2010 by a group of friends. Their goal was to create a profitable company while having fun. They started from the premise that we spend a lot of time at work, and that there's no point in working without having a good time and a laugh at the same time. And ever since, we've been trying to keep this idea alive in the company.

A large proportion of our employees come from the 90s/2000s. We all grew up with Dragon Ball, Back to the Future, Batman, Game Boy, Mario Bros, Pogs, etc...

At IT, we're going to find these references all over the place. For example, our Internal Teams are called Namek, after the famous planet in Dragon Ball. The Commercial Teams are called Gotham, after the famous city in Batman. The Research & Development Teams are called Hogwarts, after Harry Potter's famous school (Mr. Potter!).

At in-house events at IT, the playlist is always packed with must-have songs by the likes of Larusso, Destiny's Child, Zebda, Tupac, 113, etc. And we can see the whole Executive Committee team singing the lyrics by heart. In fact, when it's a song in English, they just move their lips!

We are also keen to welcome our future employees in the best possible conditions. That's why our Marketing Department has designed a Welcome Box in our image. Inside, you'll find :

On the discussion side, lunches are often lively, and we talk about :

Soccer: and Paris Saint Germain, of course! From time to time, management offers employees the chance to win tickets.
Of series: and of the last episode of Game of Thrones! Personally, I stopped at Prison Break
Cars and motorcycles: we have a lot of fans of beautiful cars and motorcycles. And we've noticed that even at a personal level, our employees are becoming more aware of environmental issues. Out of a fleet of around 25 personal vehicles, we can count: 3 electric cars / 2 hybrid cars (it's a first step) / 3 electric scooters (including 2 BWM, it's more stylish!)
Watches: yes, we want to be on time at IT and have beautiful timepieces.
Politics: huuuum! An unfortunate subject at the office as well as at the family dinner table. We'd rather leave Anne Hidalgo's work alone 😊

As far as events are concerned, we regularly attend regional trade shows. This is an opportunity for us to meet new prospects, but also to see our customers from all over France and Switzerland. These specialized events enable us to gain a better understanding of our customers' challenges and, above all, of the business sectors in which they operate. For example, every year we have a stand at the Congrès de l'Ordre des Experts-Comptables. This is an opportunity to talk accounting for a few days, and to rent an Airbnb with a swimming pool for employees on the move. We also sometimes have a stand at the General Meeting of the Compagnie Régionale des Commissaires aux Comptes (quite a program). In 2021, the event took place in Biarritz, so we donned our finest local attire for the occasion! (We have the same photo with President Gwladys TOHIER, but we'll keep it to ourselves 😊

IT SYSTEMES also has several branches throughout France and even in Switzerland. And we regularly try to bring all the teams together to maintain cohesion between all the employees. During these events, it's always a time of celebration and good humor. Below, we can see part of the sales team on the shores of Lake Annecy for a seminar lasting a few days. Some of the employees came from Paris, Lyon, Geneva and, of course, Annecy. In real life, Lake G'nève is much nicer. And in real life, the Atlantic Ocean for our employees in Bordeaux is even nicer 😉
