For example, a report generated by Copilot can be automatically filed and sent to the right SharePoint library thanks to FlexFlow, which manages validation, sending or archiving according to internal rules. Automation becomes proactive: when an e-mail is received with a sensitive document, FlexFlow can alert the manager or launch a Purview compliance flow for verification. These fluid interactions between AI, automation and governance free up time and secure information flows.

We harness the combined power of Power BI and Copilot to generate analyses that everyone can understand. Copilot can query your Power BI data in natural language: "What are the three most profitable products this quarter?" or "Which region has the most late deliveries?". Answers are given instantly, accompanied by dynamic visualizations. Executives and managers benefit from enhanced decision support, replacing manual reports and improving strategic responsiveness.

AI requires solid governance: Microsoft Purview ensures the protection, classification and compliance of data generated and used by Copilot and FlexFlow. In concrete terms, Purview automatically identifies sensitive documents (invoices, HR data, financial information) and applies appropriate protection policies (encryption, sharing restrictions, archiving). If an employee attempts to send a document classified as "Confidential" outside the company, Purview automatically blocks or alerts the user. This intelligent control ensures that the use of AI remains compliant with the RGPD, ISO 27001 and the DORA directive, while maintaining workflow fluidity.
