Our Commitments

What Our Managed Services Contract Covers

The value of an IT outsourcing service is judged by what the contract stipulates, not by what the brochure promises. Here are the four points we lay out in black and white for our clients in Paris and the Île-de-France region.

01

Contractual recovery periods

Each request is processed in less than a minute. Recovery within 2 hours for a critical incident, 4 hours for a high-impact incident, 8 hours for a medium-impact incident, and 5 business days for a low-impact incident. 99.9% LAN and Azure availability.

02

AI and human support

Helpy, our AI agent, handles requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: it resolves some issues on its own and forwards the rest to a technician along with the information it has already gathered. From June through August 2026, 60% of Level 1 tickets from our 55 clients under a full-service management contract were resolved without human intervention. The team takes over from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.—all you have to do is type “human.”

03

An agency on the outskirts of Paris

Our office is located at 58-60 Rue Étienne Dolet in Malakoff (92240), on the border of Paris’s 14th arrondissement. From here, we have been serving Paris and the Île-de-France region since 2010 with a team of 44 employees.

04

GDPR Compliance and Hosting in France

Solutions hosted in France or the EU (Microsoft 365, Azure EU, OVH, Scaleway). For sensitive sectors (healthcare, legal, finance), HDS architectures and NIS2-compliant solutions. No data transfers outside the EU without explicit consent.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About IT Outsourcing in Paris

How much does IT outsourcing cost in Paris for an SME?

The price depends on the scope, and our rates are publicly available. User support (AI and human, Levels 0 and 1) is billed at €12 (excluding tax) per user per month, for 5 or more users. Monitoring is billed at €2 (excluding tax) per device per month; AI-based diagnosis of Level 2 and 3 infrastructure incidents is billed at €500 (excluding tax) per month; and resolution of these incidents is billed based on the size of the IT infrastructure. These charges are cumulative: details, including three cost estimates for an SME with 25 users, can be found in our article on the cost of IT outsourcing for an SME.

What are your response times in Paris?

Each request is handled in less than one minute. Service restoration times are contractually guaranteed: 2 hours for a critical incident, 4 hours for a high-impact incident, 8 hours for a medium-impact incident, and 5 business days for a low-impact incident. On-site visits in Paris are conducted from our Malakoff office, either according to a frequency specified in the contract or upon request.

What is the difference between IT outsourcing and IT maintenance?

IT maintenance keeps the equipment in good working order and repairs it when an incident occurs. IT outsourcing covers a broader scope: user support, monitoring, security, backups, access management, and compliance, with written service level agreements. It anticipates incidents rather than simply resolving them.

Do you provide services throughout Paris and the Île-de-France region?

Yes. Our office is located in Malakoff (92240), on the border of the 14th arrondissement. We serve all of Paris’s arrondissements, the Hauts-de-Seine department, and the rest of the Île-de-France region (78, 91, 93, 94). Remote support is available throughout France, and we also have offices in Lyon, Annecy, and Bordeaux.

What certifications and partnerships do you have?

IT Systèmes is a Microsoft Solutions Partner and holds 33 active Microsoft certifications as of September 4, 2026. We are currently pursuing ISO 27001 certification.

What is Helpy?

Helpy is the AI agent built into our hyper-management offering. It resolves some requests on its own by taking action within your information system, and forwards the others to a technician along with the information it has already gathered. From June through August 2026, 60% of Level 1 tickets were closed without human intervention, across 55 customers with hyper-management contracts.

How does the process of switching IT service providers work?

We take over the access credentials and technical documentation from your outgoing service provider—who is generally required to provide them under the portability clause in their contract—and then we deploy the monitoring system and Helpy. The duration depends on the size of your fleet, and the onboarding cost is based on a quote. You don’t have to manage the transition yourself.

Are your solutions GDPR-compliant and hosted in France?

Yes. We offer solutions hosted in France or in the European Union (Microsoft 365 data center in France, Azure EU, OVH, Scaleway). We assist our clients with GDPR compliance (record of processing activities, optional outsourced DPO, compliance audit). For sensitive sectors (healthcare, legal), we offer HDS architectures that are NIS2-compliant. No data is transferred outside the EU without explicit and documented consent.

What size of companies do you work with?

The support plan starts at 5 users. We serve microbusinesses, small and medium-sized businesses, and mid-sized companies: more than 300 active clients, including more than 50 under managed services contracts.

Do you offer service 7 days a week?

Yes. Helpy, our AI agent, handles requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our human support team is available from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Human support provided outside of business hours is billed at double the rate charged during business hours.

How do I get a quote, and how long does it take?

Use the form at the bottom of this page or call 01 70 83 20 91. After an initial discussion, we’ll conduct a 30-minute assessment—either on-site or via video call—and then provide a technical and commercial proposal within 48 hours.

What are your service level agreements (SLAs)?

Response time of less than one minute, 99.9% LAN and Azure availability, and recovery within 2 hours for a critical incident, 4 hours for a high-impact incident, 8 hours for a medium-impact incident, and 5 business days for a low-impact incident. These timelines are specified in the contract.
